As part of your Online Licence Application you will be required to upload Proof of your Club Membership, which must be from the club you have joined.

Also, if you have your own Medical aid, a Proof of Medical Aid Cover is required to avoid taking the mandatory MSA insurance. Please ensure that the letter states you are covered for Extreme/Hazardous sports.
